Our MethodologyAbinsi developed the Business Competency Framework to describe the constantly shifting relationships between eight core competencies needed for business success. As the business adapts to market conditions and growth these core competencies need to be continuously evaluated and balanced - the job of the organization's leadership team. The Business Competency Framework is used to communicate goals and measure operational activities throughout the organization. The framework is also used to develop your innovation/change program and govern related investments. We use the framework to set targets and performance metrics for your management team. We measure performance through our placemat-assessment exercise. |
